2. Nature of the Game (Skill-based Gaming)
VeriDice Gammon is a skill-based board game platform. We declare that the outcome of matches conducted on the platform primarily depends on the players' strategic knowledge, experience, and decision-making; thus, the platform does not qualify as a gambling service provider.
3. Financial Transactions and Commission (Rake)
The management of the internal balance and the settlement of bets are based on Euros (EUR).
Deposits and withdrawals are securely processed through the official Barion payment gateway. We do not store credit card data.
Commission (Rake): The Operator charges a fixed 10% commission deducted from the total prize pool of each completed real-money match. The winner receives the remaining 90% of the pool.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Withdrawals
To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering regulations and prevent fraudulent activities, the following strict rules apply:
1x Rollover Requirement: All deposited funds must be wagered (played through) at least once (1x) in real matches before a withdrawal can be requested. You cannot deposit and immediately withdraw the same funds without playing.
The minimum deposit amount is 10 EUR, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 5 EUR.
5. Jurisdiction and Legal Responsibility
While the Operator does not strictly block any specific countries, it is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that participating in skill-based real-money games is legal within their local jurisdiction. The Operator assumes no liability for users violating their local laws.
6. Inactive Accounts
If a User's account remains completely inactive (no logins, no matches played) for a continuous period of 12 months, the account will be permanently terminated. Upon termination due to inactivity, any remaining balance will be forfeited to the Operator as an administration fee.
