During registration and use of the platform, we request and process the following personal data: username, full legal name, date of birth (for verifying the mandatory 18+ age limit), home address, and email address.
User data is stored on closed, password-protected servers. User passwords are encrypted using strong cryptographic methods (hashing), meaning not even the operators can access them in plain text format.
VeriDice Gammon does not sell user data to third parties. In order to process financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals), the minimum necessary transaction data (e.g., email address, amount) is forwarded to the Barion payment service provider. The processing of credit card data takes place exclusively on Barion's secure platform; our system neither sees nor stores credit card details.
Every player has the right to access, modify, or request the complete and permanent deletion of their personal data. In the event of account deletion, any active financial balance will be paid out—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions—after which the data will be permanently destroyed from our system.
